Because of the nature of the Radiography program and the enrollment
restrictions placed on the College by the accrediting agency, the Joint
Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology, only 18 students
will be accepted each year. In order to be considered for the Radiography
program, the applicant must make sure that all admission criteria have
been met. Applications for this program will be accepted for consideration
beginning on October 1 of each year for the following Fall semester. All
applicants, whose files are complete by January 15 of the enrollment year,
will be scheduled by the Curriculum Coordinator for a hospital visit and
on-campus interviews. Once the decisions have been made, letters will
be sent to applicants to let them know of their acceptance status. Letters
are distributed beginning of April.
The students generally alternate days,
going to clinical one day, and to class the next.
