Fulfill all developmental requirements prior to admission into the program.

Complete one year or one high school unit of algebra and biology (BIO) with a minimum grade of "C" in each, within the past 10 years. Post-secondary algebra and biology will be evaluated for transfer credit. A student is responsible for requesting transcript evaluation for transfer credit by the transfer counselor.

Submit three personal reference forms.

Meeting with the Curriculum Area Coordinator.

Completed physical examination and medical history forms.
