Office of the Registrar

The Office of the Registrar of Carteret Community College is responsible for the integrity of student records for the college.  This includes but is not limited to the following specific responsibilities:


  • the planning and execution of registration of students each semester and summer session assignment of curriculum classroom space for classes and meetings
  •  verifying grades
  •  issuing transcripts
  •  certification of degree requirements for students
  •  mailing diplomas to graduate
  •  maintenance of a computerized student database
  •  dissemination of FERPA information to students
  •  changing student personal information
