At this time, Carteret Community College is not authorized to provide distance learning courses to individuals residing outside of North Carolina.

 

The Office of the Registrar of Carteret Community College is responsible for the integrity of student records for the college, the planning and execution of registration of students each semester and summer session, assignment of curriculum classroom space for classes and meetings, verifying grades, issuing transcripts, certification of degree requirements for students, mailing diplomas to graduates, and maintenance of a computerized student database.
