Office of the Registrar

 

The Office of the Registrar of Carteret Community College is located in the McGee Building in rooms 119 and 127-A and assists students with registration and records questions throughout the year.  Our staff also assists with transcript ordering questions; processes enrollment verification requests, name and address changes, and class withdrawals; as well as answering questions regarding eligibility for graduation.  The Registrar oversees the grading process, WebAdvisor setup for students, transcript evaluation process; verifies program completion through program evaluation; and processes course substitutions.  Our focus is on the integrity of academic record and our goal is to help students and faculty in any way we can.

Class Schedules for Summer and Fall are available to view online NOW.

 

Schedule Adjustment Period is May 24 through May 26.  Come into the college to see an advisor.

 

Last Date to drop and request 75% tuition for summer is May 31. 

Drop form must be completed and submitted to the Registrars Office to drop classes.
