Logan Okun was promoted to Carteret Community College’s Director of Marketing and Public Information in April of 2019.
As the public information officer, Logan’s objective is to release accurate and timely information to students, staff and faculty, the media, and the public during emergencies as well as the day-to-day activities of Carteret Community College.
Logan also serves as the liaison between Carteret Community College and the public by writing press releases, answering questions from the media and arranging interviews with Carteret Community College employees. The public information officer also produces printed, photographic and video material about the organization. Logan helps organize special events and maintains a social media and web presence. She also attends and documents special events, graduations, and pinnings at Carteret Community College.
