Thursday, November 12: Plates & Pours
The dinner hall becomes our students’ classroom at our first Wine Expo 2026 event, Plates & Pours!
Experience the next generation of culinary talent while Carteret CC culinary students showcase their skills through a buffet-style global cuisine experience featuring traditional holiday dishes from across the world. Thoughtfully paired wine selections complement each international flavor. Starts at 6PM.
Friday, November 13: “Going Coastal” Wine Dinner w/ Saint Paul Mountain Vineyards
Get ready for a one-of-a-kind dining experience featuring the bold, comforting flavors of coastal cuisine—crafted by Chef Pascal Coulon of Floyd’s 1921. Each of Chef Coulon’s four delicious courses will be perfectly paired with hand-selected wines by Tim Crow, the master behind the magic at Saint Paul Mountain Vineyards in Hendersonville, NC.

The final day of the Crystal Coast Wine Expo is the Chef & Cellar Experience. Step into the heart of the Crystal Coast Wine Expo for an immersive culinary adventure. Meet the chefs, create a gourmet dish, and discover the art of pairing it with exceptional wines. From kitchen to cellar, this hands-on experience is a delicious journey of flavor, technique, and discovery.
